S.C. Centrul de Calcul S.A. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of the doxera.ro website in line with:

  • Romanian Law 232/2022 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102;
  • Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), applicable from 28 June 2025;
  • WCAG 2.1, level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

1. Compliance status

The doxera.ro website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We are committed to reaching full compliance through iterative improvements.

2. Features implemented

  • Semantic HTML structure (landmarks: header, main, footer, nav);
  • "Skip to content" link for fast keyboard navigation;
  • Minimum text contrast 4.5:1 on both themes (light and dark);
  • Full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators;
  • Alternative text for informative images;
  • Forms with descriptive associated labels;
  • Logical heading hierarchy (single H1, no level skips);
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion preference;
  • Self-hosted typography with latin-ext subset for correct rendering of Romanian characters.

3. Non-accessible content

As the site evolves, we identify and remedy limitations. Affected sections are flagged and prioritized for correction.

  • Some descriptive blog images may have short alternative text (in progress);
  • The EN version is partial for legal pages (in progress).

4. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 2026-04-21, based on self-evaluation by the development team and automated tests (Lighthouse, axe-core).
