The doxera.ro website is operated by S.C. Centrul de Calcul S.A. and takes a GDPR-first approach: we do not use non-essential cookies, we do not track user activity through third-party tracking technologies, and we do not transfer data to advertising platforms.

1. Strictly necessary storage

The website uses only the following local storage, strictly necessary for operation:

• Theme preference (light/dark) — stored in localStorage under the key doxera-theme, kept on your device so you don't have to reconfigure on every visit. Duration: permanent until manually deleted. Data transmitted to us: none.

This storage is not a classic HTTP cookie and does not require consent under the "strictly necessary for the functioning" exception in Directive 2002/58/EC and Romanian Law 506/2004.

2. Audience analytics

To understand site traffic, we use a self-hosted analytics solution (Plausible or Umami) that:

• does not use cookies;
• does not record personal IP addresses (aggregates only);
• does not build user profiles;
• runs on our infrastructure, with no third-party transfer.

3. No marketing / tracking cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar technologies. The site contains no conversion pixels, retargeting, or fingerprinting.

4. Changes

If this policy changes — for example, by introducing a new service requiring non-essential cookies — you will be informed by a compliant consent banner before those technologies are activated.
