This policy describes how S.C. Centrul de Calcul S.A. ("the Controller", "we") processes personal data of visitors to the website and users of the Doxera platform, acting as data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Romanian Law 190/2018.

2. Categories of data processed

We process only the data strictly necessary for the purposes below:

• Technical navigation data (anonymized IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited) — collected automatically for security and aggregate statistics without cookies.
• Contact data (name, email, organization, message) — only when you contact us via forms.
• Data of Doxera platform users — processed per the contractual terms between the customer and S.C. Centrul de Calcul S.A.; details in the data processing agreement (DPA) signed with each customer.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to inquiries — your consent [art. 6(1)(a) GDPR] or our legitimate interest in replying [art. 6(1)(f)].
• Service delivery — contract performance [art. 6(1)(b)].
• Legal obligations — [art. 6(1)(c)], e.g., tax law, electronic archival.
• Website and platform security — legitimate interest [art. 6(1)(f)].

4. Retention period

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose: form messages — up to 24 months; contractual data — for the duration of the contract plus legal archival periods.

5. Recipients

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except for strictly necessary service providers (hosting, technical support) — all under GDPR-compliant processing agreements. Hosting infrastructure is located within the European Union.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

7. Right to lodge a complaint

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: TLS encryption, strict access control, audit trail, periodic backups, incident response procedures.

This policy may be updated. The current version and last modification date are shown at the top of the page.
